Photos and video footage. Sometimes photos or videos taken by CCO will include members of the public participating in our actions and events. We do our best to ensure that anyone who would rather not be photographed or filmed is not included in the footage.

How do we store your data?
Data acquired via the Climate Collective Oxford website, email and face-to-face contact is hosted mainly on the Action Network platform. Action Network provides us with the online platform that allows us to contact our supporters. Your data may be stored through Action Network's data storage, databases and the general Action Network applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Where data is stored outside of Action Network, we keep all forms and files safe in a locked filing cabinet. Where information is stored electronically it is password-protected and only accessible to Climate Collective Oxford steering group members.
