WHAT WE DO

While Climate Collective Oxford searches for a space for a community climate hub, we’re running a series of pop-up events around Oxford. Our events are updated frequently, and you can find the latest details on our Instagram and Facebook sites.

Our most recent workshops are:

CLIMATE FRESK

Climate Fresk Workshop Group
Workshop cards used by Climate Fresk layed on a table
Workshop group placing information cards in order

This is a fun, interactive workshop on the science behind global warming - and on what steps we as individuals can take to combat it. Over three hours, you'll link cause-and-effect cards, creatively create a climate fresco (hence the name Fresk?!), and discuss what steps we can all take for positive change.

HOW BAD ARE BANANAS?

This is an engaging game exploring the carbon cost of everyday activities. It’s based on the book How Bad are Bananas? by Mike Berners-Lee and can be played by anyone aged 5-95 for five minutes or an hour.
